Bratäpfel
Zubereitung: 16 bis 20 Min. - 2 Personen - KOMBINATION
Gefäß: 1 feuerfeste Form mit einem Durchmesser von ca. Ø 20 cm
2 Äpfel Sorte Kanada (ca. 600 g)
2 Teel. Honig
20 g Rosinen
30 g brauner Zucker
30 g weiche Butter
Die Äpfel schälen. Das Innere aushöhlen und mit einem kleinen Löffel etwas von dem
Fruchtfleich herauskratzen. Die Äpfel in die Form stellen. Den Herd mit der Kombination
250° UMLUFT + GRILL 1 + 250 Watt mit dem niedrigen Rost vorheizen. Honig, Rosinen,
Zucker und weiche Butter in einer Schüssel mischen. Die Äpfel mit dieser Mischung füllen.
In den Ofen stellen und unbedeckt 10-12 Minuten backen; 10 Min. vor Ende der Backzeit
die Äpfel mit dem Kochsaft beträufeln. Vor dem Servieren mindestens 5 Min ruhen lassen.
Für 4 oder 5 Äpfel die Mengen für die Füllung verdoppeln und 12-13 Min. in einer Form mit
einem Durchmesser von 20 cm. backen.
