Dreikönigskuchen
Zubereitung: ca. 30 Min. - 4-6 Personen - UMLUFT
Gefäß: 1 Tarteform oder 1 Springform mit einem Durchmesser von
Ø 30 cm
2 Rollen Blätterteig mit Butter
40 g Butter
130 g Zucker
150 g geriebene Mandeln
1 Essl. Rum
2 Eier + 1 Eigelb zum Bestreichen des Teigs
Für die Mandelcreme alle Zutaten miteinander mischen (Zucker + geriebene Mandeln +
Butter + 2 Eier + Rum). Kalt stellen. Den Herd auf 200° UMLUFT mit dem niedrigen Rost
vorheizen. Eine der Blätterteigrollen auf dem Blech ausrollen. Die Mandelcreme
kuppelförmig darauf geben, dabei rings herum 2 cm Teil frei lassen. Diesen Rand mit dem
geschlagenen Ei bestreichen. Den zweiten Teig darauf legen und die Teigränder fest
zusammendrücken. Den Kuchen mit geschlagenem Ei bestreichen und mit dem
Messerrücken Strahlen auf den Teig zeichnen, ohne ihn dabei zu zerschneiden. 28 bis 30
Min. backen. Auf einem Rost abkühlen lassen.
