Feiner Zitronenkuchen
Zubereitung: ca. 23 Min. - für 4 - 6 Personen - Einstellung
KUCHEN oder BROT/KUCHEN oder KOMBI
Gefäß: eine große Schüssel + eine rechteckige Backform aus
Metall (26 cm) oder eine runde Backform mit hohem Rand (25
cm Durchmesser).
120 g Mehl
1 Päckchen Backpulver
120 g Zucker
80 g Butter
4 Eier
Saft und abgeriebene Schale einer Zitrone
Backform mit reichlich Butter fetten. Ofen auf Einstellung BROT/KUCHEN oder KUCHEN
(je nach verwendeter Backform) vorheizen, Rost unten im Ofen mit Schutzring abdecken.
Mehl, Backpulver, Zucker und Zitronenschale in eine Schüssel geben. Eier nacheinander
zugeben, anschließend zerlassene Butter und Zitronensaft hinzufügen. Mit dem Mixer auf
höchster Stufe verrühren und Teig in die Backform geben. Backform auf den Schutzring im
Ofen stellen und bei Einstellung BROT/KUCHEN oder KUCHEN (je nach verwendeter
Backform) oder 13 Minuten auf KOMBI 220° + 100 W und 10 Minuten auf HEISSLUFT
180° (runde Backform) oder 17 Minuten auf KOMBI 200° + 100 W und 12 Minuten auf
HEISSLUFT 180 °C (rechteckige Backform) backen. (Die beiden Backzeiten nacheinander
einprogrammieren, wenn Sie nicht die Automatikeinstellung wählen.) Kuchen auf einen
Rost stürzen und abkühlen lassen.
