Bananenkuchen
Zubereitung: ca. 25 Min. - 6 Pers. - KOMBINATION
Gefäß: 1 Kuchenform aus Metall mit einem Durchmesser
von Ø 22 cm
3 sehr reife Bananen
110 g Zucker
80 g Butter
100 g fettarme Sahne
120 g Mehl
1/4 Päckchen Backpulver
3 Eier
2 cl Rum
2 Teel. Natron
Die Bananen in Scheiben schneiden und mit der Butter in eine Schüssel geben. Bedecken
und ca. 9 Min. auf MAX kochen. Herausnehmen, mit der Gabel zerdrücken und Sahne
sowie den mit Mehl, Backpulver und Natron vermischten Zucker hinzugeben. Anschließend
die Eier einzeln und einen Schuss Rum unterrühren. In die gefettete und mit einem
kreisrunden Stück Pergamentpapier ausgelegte Kuchenform füllen und 23-25 Minuten auf
dem mit dem Schutzring ausgerüsteten unteren Rost mit der Kombination UMLUFT 250° +
250 Watt backen. Aus der Form nehmen und auf einem Rost abkühlen lassen.
