Gef lu¨gelfrikassee mit Estragon
Zubereitung: ca. 20 Min. - 4 Pers. - MIKROWELLE
Gefäß: 1 Form aus feuerfestem Glas mit einem Durchmesser
von Ø 25 cm
1 Hähnchen von 1,2 kg in 8 Stücke geschnitten
1 Zwiebel
30 g Butter
1/2 l Hühnerbouillon
30 g Mehl
5 Stängel Estragon
3 Essl. Sahne
Salz, Pfeffer
Die Hähnchenstücke mit Mehl bestäuben. Die fein gehackte Zwiebeln in der Butter bedeckt
3 Min. auf MAX schwitzen lassen. Die mit Mehl bestäubten Hähnchenstücke hinzufügen;
Bouillon darüber gießen, leicht salzen und 4 Stängel gehackten Estragon hinzugeben.
Zugedeckt 15-16 Min. auf MAX. garen. Die Hähnchenstücke abtropfen lassen. Die Sauce
zugedeckt auf MAX einige Minuten einkochen lassen. Nach Bedarf nachwürzen; die Sahne
sowie einige frische Estragonblätter hinzufügen.
