Entenku¨ken mit Apfelfu¨llung

Gefäß: 1 Schüssel aus feuerfestem Glas mit einem Durchmesser

von Ø 27 cm

1 Entenküken von 1,4 kg

4 Äpfel

150 g Geflügelleber

100 g geräucherte Speckwürfel

1 Ei

1 Essl. Calvados

Einen geschälten Apfel, die geräucherten Speckwürfel und die Geflügelleber grob hacken.

Das Ei und den Calvados hinzufügen und sorgfältig vermischen. Nach Bedarf würzen. Den

Bauch des Entenkükens mit der Füllung stopfen. Die Öffnung mit einer großen Nadel und

Faden zunähen oder mit einigen Zahnstochern zusammenhalten. Das gewürzte

Entenküken in die Schüssel setzen und die drei anderen geschälten und in Viertel

geschnittenen Äpfel rundherum verteilen. Auf den niedrigen Rost stellen und 45 bis 48 Min.

mit der Kombination UMLUFT 250° + 250 Watt garen; das Entenküken nach halber

Kochzeit umdrehen. Vor dem Servieren das Fett vom Bratensaft abschöpfen.
