Zalmmoten Met Dille
Bereidingstijd: 15 tot 17 min. - 4 pers.- MAGNETRON en STOMEN
Benodigdheden: 1 kom
800 g zalmmoten
2 sjalotten
200 g tomatenpulp
10 cl witte wijn
maïzena
100 g room
verse of gedroogde dille
zout, peper
Bereiding van de saus: doe de fijngehakte sjalotten, de tomatenpulp en de _ van de witte
wijn in een grote kom. Laat deze 6 min. onafgedekt koken op MAX. Bind het restant van
de witte wijn met 2 tl maïzena en voeg dit toe, evenals 1 tl dille en de room. Goed door
elkaar mengen en 3 min. laten koken op MAX. Voeg naar smaak peper en zout toe en zet
het apart. Bak de zalmmoten met het snelkookprogramma VIS (prog. 8). Giet de saus over
de vis en dien deze op met witte rijst of een preifondue. Voor een caloriearm recept kunt u
magere room gebruiken en de zalm vervangen door zeeforel.
