Benodigdheden: 1 kom + 1 schaal met deksel van 2 liter of 1
glazen ovenschaal van Ø 27 cm
1 kg geschilde wortels
1 ui, 1 sinaasappel

olijfolie

Bak de gesnipperde ui 2 tot 3 min. in de schaal met 1 sl olijfolie op MAX. Snij de geschilde
wortels in gelijkmatige schijfjes en leg deze in de schaal samen met de ui, komijn, honing,
het sap en de geraspte schil van de sinaasappel. Controleer het waterniveau in het
reservoir. Dek de schaal af en kook het geheel 8 min. 30 s. op MAX en vervolgens 11 min.
op Stoom 440W (programmeer deze twee bereidingstijden achter elkaar). U kunt ook het
snelkookprogramma GROENTEN STOMEN (prog. 4) gebruiken. Halverwege de
bereidingstijd omroeren en voeg naar smaak peper en zout toe. Deze wortels zijn ook
heerlijk als u ze koud serveert.
