Bloemkoolgratin
Bereidingstijd: ca. 30 min. - 4 pers.- SNELKOOKPROGRAM-
MA GROENTEN STOMEN EN COMBINATIE
Benodigdheden: 1 kom + 1 hoge glazen schaal van Ø 22 cm

l de melk
20 g boter
20 g bloem voor een roux
70 g geraspte gruyère
geraspte muskaat
zout, peper
Snij de bloemkool in stukjes van gelijke grootte en leg ze in de schaal met 3 sl water. Dek
de schaal af en kook de bloemkool met het snelkookprogramma GROENTEN (prog. 4).
Leg ondertussen de ingrediënten voor de bechamelsaus klaar. Neem de stukjes bloemkool
uit de schaal, laat ze uitdruipen en breng ze op smaak voordat u ze weer teruglegt in de
schaal. Bereid de bechamelsaus (zie het recept in het hoofdstuk sauzen op pagina 40) en
voeg hier de helft van de gruyère aan toe. Giet de saus over de bloemkool en bestrooi de
bovenkant met de rest van de gruyère. Schuif de schaal op het hoge rooster in de oven en
bak het gerecht gedurende 13 tot 15 min. op Combi GRILL 2 + 250W (of GRILL 2 + 440W
als u de schotel van tevoren heeft bereid).
