Gryderet med kylling og svampe
Ingredienser:
3,5 liter 6,5 liter
4 8 Kvarte kyllinger
30 g 75 g Smør
2 spsk. 3 spsk. Mel
1 stort 2 store Løg, finthakkede
3 3 Selleristave, i tynde skiver
250 g 500 g Svampe, i tynde skiver
1 2 Fed hvidløg, knust
375 ml 1 liter Hønsebouillon
4 spsk. 7 spsk. Fløde (valgfri)
Salt og peber efter smag
Metode:
1 Vend kyllingen i melet, læg den i en gryde, og steg den i smørret,
indtil den er gyldenbrun på alle sider.
2 Tilsæt løgene og sellerien og steg dem nænsomt, til de er bløde,
men ikke brune. Tilsæt svampe og hvidløg, og rør bouillonen i.
Bringes i kog og smages til med salt og peber.
3 Overfør blandingen til gryden, og sørg for, at kyllingen og
grøntsagerne nedsænkes.
4 Dæk til med låget, og lad blandingen koge i ca. 5-7 timer. Rør
fløden i inden servering.
Chilli con carne
Ingredienser:
3,5 liter 6,5 liter
2 spsk. 3 spsk. Vegetabilsk olie
2 store 2 store Løg, hakkede
2 4 Fed hvidløg, knust
1 1 Grøn peberfrugt, uden frø
og hakket
500 g 1 kg Hakket oksekød
400 g 800 g Tomater på dåse, hakket
1 1/2 tsk. 3 tsk. Chilipulver
1 1/2 spsk. 3 spsk. Mel
1 1/2 tsk. 3 tsk. Rørsukker
4 spsk. 7 spsk. Tomatpuré
425 g 800 g Røde kidneybønner, dåse
(drænet)
Salt og peber efter smag
Metode:
1 Steg løg, hvidløg og peberfrugt på en pande, til det er blødt.
Tilsæt hakket oksekød og steg, til det er let brunt.
2 Bland chilipulver, mel, rørsukker og tomatpuré. Rør tomater,
chilipasta og krydderier i.
3 Overføres til gryden og dækkes til med låget. Koges i ca. 3-7
timer.
4 Tilsæt kidneybønnerne en time før servering.
5 Serveres med kogt ris eller bagte kartofler.
