Ingrediënten voor ca. 90 stuks:
Deeg:
280 g meel
210 g boter
70 g suiker
100 g amandelpitten, gemalen
Voor het wentelen:
ca. 70 g vanillinesuiker
Bereiding
1. Kneed het meel, de boter, de
amandelen en de suiker totdat het
deeg glad is. Laat het deeg daarna ca.
30 minuten afkoelen.
2. Maak van het deeg kleine porties.
Maak hiervan rolletjes en vorm daaruit
hoorntjes ("Kipferl").
3. Leg de hoorntjes op de ingevette
glazen schaal en bak het geheel
goudgeel.
4. Wentel de hoorntjes door de
vanillinesuiker zolang deze nog warm
zijn.
