Chocolademuffins met kersen
Totale bereidingstijd: 70-80 minuten
Ingrediënten voor ca. 12 personen:
Deeg:
100 g mokka- of pure chocolade
100 g boter
3 eieren
80 g poedersuiker
1 pakje (10 g) cappuccinopoeder
100 g meel
1 theelepel bakpoeder
Vulling:
200 g kwark
70 g poedersuiker
1ei
10 g meel
200 g zure kersen (pot)
12 muffinvormpjes (C ca. 7 cm)
Bereiding
1. Smelt de chocolade (magnetron
450 Watt, 3 minuten).
2. Roer de boter totdat deze crèmig is.
Voeg achtereenvolgens de eieren en
de suiker toe. Goed mengen. Roer nu
de iets afgekoelde chocolade, het
cappuccinopoeder en het met
bakpoeder gemengde meel
erdoorheen.
3. Roer voor de vulling de kwark, de
poedersuiker, het ei en het meel
dooreen. Laat de zure kersen uitlekken.
4. Verdeel de helft van het
chocoladedeeg in de vormpjes. Doe de
helft van de zure kersen in de
vormpjes. Verdeel vervolgens de
kwarkmassa. Verdeel het resterende
chocoladedeeg en de resterende ker
-
sen over de vormpjes. Bak de muffins.
Breng eventueel een donkere of lichte
laag chocoladeglazuur aan.

Tip: In plaats van muffinvormen kunt u
ook een springvorm gebruiken. Verdub

bel dan de hoeveelheid vruchten en
verleng de baktijd tot ca. 50 minuten
(bij dezelfde temperatuurinstelling). In
plaats van zure kersen kunt u ook abri
-
kozen gebruiken.
