Préparation
Poser sur la plaque de cuisson multi-
usages et enfourner. Démarrer le pro-
gramme automatique ou préchauffer le
four conformément à l'étape de cuis-
son1.
Mélanger l'huile, le sel et le poivre. Ba-
digeonner les filets de porc avec ce
mélange.
Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle.
Saisir les filets de porc à feu vif pendant
1minute de chaque côté.
Sortir les filets de porc et enfoncer la
thermosonde.
Programme automatique:
Poser les filets de porc sur la grille et
les faire cuire.

Modifier les réglages conformément à
l'étape de cuisson2. Poser les filets de
porc sur la grille et les faire cuire.
