Faire chauffer l'huile dans une poêle et
saisir le filet de bœuf à feu vif pendant
1minute de chaque côté.
Mélanger l'huile, le sel et le poivre. Ba-
digeonner le filet de bœuf avec ce mé-
lange.
Poser le filet de bœuf sur la plaque de
cuisson multi-usages, enfoncer la ther-
mosonde puis enfourner. Cuire le filet
de bœuf.
