A l'aide d'un rouleau, soulever avec
précaution la plus grande pièce de pâte
et placer la autour du filet de bœuf puis
bien appuyer. Former une bordure de
pâte d'environ 3cm de large. Fermer
hermétiquement le bord à l'aide d'une
fourchette. Badigeonner l'ensemble de
la pâte avec plus de jaune d'oeuf.
Mettre au frais entre 30minutes mini-
mum et 24heures.
Tapisser de papier sulfurisé la plaque
ou la plaque de cuisson multi-usages
puis poser dessus le bœuf Wellington.
Insérer la thermosonde.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four conformément à
l'étape de cuisson1.

cuire.
