Hachis de bœuf
Temps de préparation: 250minutes
Pour 8personnes
Ingrédients
30g de beurre
3c.às. d’huile
1,2kg de viande de bœuf en morceaux
Sel
Poivre
500g d’oignons finement émincés
2feuilles de laurier
4clous de girofle
1c. à s. de sucre roux
2c.às. de farine de blé type 45
1,2l de bouillon de bœuf
70ml de vinaigre
Accessoires
Plat à rôtir Gourmet avec couvercle
Préparation
Faire chauffer le beurre dans une poêle.
Dès que des bulles se forment, ajouter
l'huile et faire chauffer.
Saler et poivrer la viande de bœuf, puis
saisir la viande des deux côtés dans la
poêle.
Ajouter les oignons, les feuilles de lau-
rier, les clous de girofle et le sucre roux,
puis laisser cuire encore 3minutes.
Saupoudrer la viande de farine et pour-
suivre la cuisson pendant 2à3mi-
nutes.
Tout en remuant, ajouter le bouillon de
bœuf et le vinaigre, jusqu'à obtention
d'une sauce lisse.
Placer la viande dans le plat à rôtir
Gourmet.
Démarrer le programme automatique
ou préchauffer le four.
