Préparation
Séparer les blancs des jaunes. Mélan-
ger le beurre, le sucre, le sel et les
jaunes d'œufs jusqu'à obtention d'un
mélange crémeux.
Monter les blancs en neige. Incorporer
sans les casser la moitié des blancs en
neige au mélange sucre-jaunes d'œufs.
Mélanger la levure et la farine, puis
ajouter à la préparation. Incorporer le
reste des blancs en neige.
Incorporer les pépites de chocolat et la
cannelle.
Beurrer et foncer le moule à manqué.
Enfourner la grille. Démarrer le pro-
gramme automatique ou préchauffer le
four conformément à l'étape de cuis-
son1.

Enfourner le moule à manqué et faire
cuire le gâteau jusqu'à ce qu'il prenne
une belle couleur dorée.

trait de vanille, selon vos préférences.
