Tarte aux abricots avec nappage à base de crème

250g de farine de blé, type45
1c.àc. de levure chimique
125g de beurre
125g de sucre
1œuf, calibreM

480 g d'abricots en boîte (poids égout-
té)
Pour le nappage
250g de crème fleurette
2œufs, calibre M
2c.às. de fécule
16g de sucre vanillé
½ citron | uniquement le jus
Pour le moule
1c.àc. de beurre

Moule à manqué, 26cm

Préparation
Mélanger la farine, le sucre, la levure, le
beurre et l’œuf jusqu’à obtention d’une
pâte homogène. Beurrer le moule à
manqué. Foncer la pâte uniformément
sur le fond du moule à manqué.
Disposer les abricots sur la pâte avec le
côté bombé vers le haut.
Pour le nappage, mélanger tous les in-
grédients. Répartir le nappage sur les
abricots.
Enfourner sur la grille et faire cuire.
