150g mayonaise

Bereiding
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Verhit de olie voor het aanbraden in een
pan. Braad de rosbief aan alle kanten
steeds 1minuut goed aan.
Verwijder de rosbief. Roer de olie, het
zout en de peper door elkaar en bestrijk
de rosbief ermee.
Leg de rosbief op de universele bak-
plaat en steek de bratometer erin.
Schuif de universele bakplaat in de
oven en laat de rosbief garen.
Roer de yoghurt en mayonaise glad
voor de remouladesaus. Hak de augur-
ken, kappertjes en peterselie fijn. Snijd
de sjalotten en de bieslook fijn. Voeg al-
les toe aan het yoghurt-mayonaise-
mengsel. Breng de remouladesaus op
smaak met citroensap, suiker en zout.
