Bereiding
Zet het rooster op de universele bak-
plaat en schuif dit in de oven. Start het
automatische programma of de specia-
le toepassing.
Roer de olie, het zout en de peper door
elkaar en bestrijk de ossenhaas ermee.
Verhit de olie voor het aanbraden in een
pan en braad daarin de ossenhaas ge-
durende 1minuut op hoog vermogen
aan alle kanten aan.
Verwijder de ossenhaas en steek de
bratometer erin.
Leg de ossenhaas op het rooster en
laat het gaar worden.
