Bereidingstijd: 250minuten

30g boter
3eetlepels olie
1,2kg rundvlees, panklaar | in blokjes
Zout
Peper
500g uien | fijn gesnipperd
2laurierblaadjes
4kruidnagels
1eetlepel bruine suiker
2eetlepels tarwemeel, type405
1,2l runderbouillon
70ml azijn
Accessoires
Braadslede met deksel
Bereiding
Verhit de boter in een pan. Voeg olie toe
zodra de schuimbelletjes wegtrekken
en verhit het geheel.
Breng het rundvlees met zout en peper
op smaak en braad het van alle kanten
aan.
Voeg de uien, de laurierblaadjes, de
kruidnagels en de bruine suiker toe en
braad het geheel nog eens 3minuten.
Bestrooi het vlees met het meel en
braad het nog eens 2–3minuten.
Voeg al roerend de runderbouillon en
de azijn toe, zodat er een gladde saus
ontstaat.
Zet het rundvlees in de braadslede.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Automatisch programma:
Schuif de braadslede in de oven en laat
het vlees braden.
Handmatig:
schuif de braadslede in de oven en
braad het vlees volgens stap1en2.
Breng de hachee voor het serveren
nogmaals op smaak met zout en peper.
