Bereiding
Giet in elk muffinvormpje 1theelepel
olie.
Zet de muffinplaat op het rooster en
schuif het geheel in de oven. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor volgens stap 1.
Meng meel en zout door elkaar. Vorm in
het midden een kuiltje, voeg de eieren
toe, kluts ze en roer het meel vanaf de
buitenkant er langzaam doorheen.
Voeg de melk toe en roer alles lang-
zaam tot een glad deeg.
Verdeel het deeg gelijkmatig over de
muffinvormpjes zodra de oven de tem-
peratuur bereikt heeft.
Handmatig:
pas de instellingen aan volgens stap 2.
Bak het gerecht goudbruin.
