Bereiding
Maak van de boter blokjes en kneed
deze snel met meel, zout en water tot-
dat er een gladde deegmassa ontstaat.
Zet het deeg 30minuten koud.
Bekleed de bakvorm met het deeg en
bestrooi met hazelnoten.
Verdeel het fruit gelijkmatig over het
deeg.
Schuif de taart op het rooster. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor volgens stap 1.
Roer voor het gietsel eieren, room, sui-
ker en vanillesuiker door elkaar en
schenk dit over het fruit.
Handmatig:
pas de instellingen aan volgens stap 2.
Zet de vruchtenvlaai in de oven en bak
deze.
