2theelepels bakpoeder
1snufje zout

Langwerpige bakvorm, 30cm
Bereiding
Vet de bakvorm in en bestrooi deze met
paneermeel.
Schuif het rooster in de oven. Start het
automatische programma of verwarm
de oven voor.
Roer de boter, de suiker en de va-
nillesuiker tot een schuimige massa.
Roer er één voor één de eieren en de
rum doorheen.
Meng het meel, de maïzena, het bak-
poeder en het zout en spatel dit door
de overige ingrediënten.
Vul het bakblik met het deeg en zet het
blik in de lengterichting op het rooster
in de oven. Bak de cake.
Laat de cake 10minuten in de vorm.
Haal de cake daarna uit de vorm en laat
deze op het rooster afkoelen.
