Bereiding
Roer de boter, de suiker en de va-
nillesuiker tot een crèmige massa. Roer
de eieren er één voor één door (elk ei
daarbij ½ minuut apart doorroeren).
Voeg de zure room toe. Meng het meel,
het bakpoeder en het zout en roer dit
door de overige ingrediënten.
Vet de tulband bakvorm in en doe er de
helft van het deeg in.
Roer de cacao door de tweede deeg-
helft. Verdeel het donkere deeg over het
lichte deeg. Trek een vork met een spi-
raalvormige beweging door de deegla-
gen.
Zet de tulband bakvorm op het rooster
in de oven en bak de cake.
Laat de cake 10minuten in de vorm.
Haal de cake daarna uit de vorm en laat
deze op het rooster afkoelen.
