Putenkeule mit Chutney
Zubereitungszeit: 120–130Minuten
für 2–3Portionen
Zutaten
1Putenoberkeule (ca.1200g)
Salz
Pfeffer
30g Butter
200ml Sahne
200g Aprikosen- oder Mango-Chutney
250ml Wasser
1Dose Aprikosen (280g) oder Mango-
spalten
Zubehör
Gourmet-Bräter
Zubereitung
Putenkeule mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen,
in den Gourmet-Bräter legen. Mit But-
terflöckchen belegt ca. 60Minuten of-
fen braten, dann die Sahne angießen
und weitere 15Minuten garen.
Chutney zugeben, weitere ca. 15Minu-
ten offen garen. Keule entnehmen.
Bratenfond mit Wasser auffüllen, even-
tuell mit etwas angerührter Speisestär-
ke leicht binden (durch das Chutney
wird die Soße bereits sämig).
Aprikosenhälften oder Mangospalten in
die Soße geben, erhitzen und zum in
Scheiben geschnittenen Fleisch servie-
ren.
