Obststreuselkuchen
Zubereitungszeit: 140–150 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 20 Portionen:
Teig:
450 g Mehl
1 Würfel (42 g) Hefe
etwa 150 ml lauwarme Milch
50 g Zucker
90 g flüssige Butter oder Margarine
1Ei
Belag:
etwa 1000 g geputzte Äpfel, Pflaumen
oder Kirschen
Streusel:
240 g Mehl
150 g Zucker
2 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
130 g Butter oder Margarine
1 TL Zimt
Zubereitung:
1. Mehl in eine Schüssel geben, eine
Vertiefung eindrücken. Zerkrümelte
Hefe, etwas Zucker und etwas Milch in
die Vertiefung geben, mit wenig Mehl
glatt rühren und im Backofen bei 50 °C
etwa 20 Minuten aufgehen lassen.
2. Diesen Vorteig mit den restlichen
Teigzutaten zu einem glatten Teig ver
-
kneten, wieder bei 50 °C etwa 30 Minu
-
ten aufgehen lassen. Teig noch mal
kurz durchkneten, dann im Universal
-
blech ausrollen.
3. Vorbereitetes Obst (geschälte Äpfel
in 1/2 cm breite Scheiben schneiden,
Kirschen und Pflaumen entkernen)
gleichmäßig auf dem Teig verteilen.
4. Streuselzutaten durch Verkneten zu
Streuseln verarbeiten. Auf das Obst
streuen, im Backofen wieder bei 50 °C
etwa 30 Minuten aufgehen lassen, dann
goldbraun backen.

Backzeit: ca. 68 Minuten
Heißluft plus
Temperatur: 160–180 °C
Einschubebene: 2. v. unten
Backzeit: 50–60 Minuten
Ober-Unterhitze
Temperatur: 180–200 °C
Einschubebene: 3. v. unten
Backzeit: 40–50 Minuten
