Zubereitungszeit: 95–100 Minuten
Zutaten für ca. 18 Portionen:
250 g Margarine oder Butter
200 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
4 Eier
4ELRum
500 g Mehl
1 Päckchen Backpulver
3 EL Kakao
150 ml Milch
Zubereitung:
1. Fett, Zucker, Vanillinzucker und Eier
cremig rühren. Rum, 120 ml Milch und
das mit Backpulver vermischte Mehl
unterrühren.
2. Unter etwa 1/3 des Teiges Kakao
und 30 ml Milch rühren.
3. Die Hälfte vom hellen Teig in eine
gefettete Kasten- oder Kranzform
(C 26 cm) geben. Den Kakaoteig darauf
verteilen. Den restlichen hellen Teig da

rüber streichen.
4. Eine Gabel spiralförmig durch die
Teigschichten ziehen. Den Kuchen ba

cken.
