Standard cross cuts
Starting position:
- Sawhead fully lifted
(if necessary, pull out locking pin);
- Turntable locked in 0° -position;
- Saw blade is in vertical position to the saw table.
1. Hold workpiece against the fence.
2. Depress and hold down the ON/OFF switch.
3. Push sawhead release button and lower saw-
head, holding it at the saw handle.

For sawing exert only so much downward
pressure that the motor speed does not fall off
too much.
4. Cut workpiece in a single pass.
5. Release ON/OFF switch and return sawhead to
its upper rest position.
Mitre cuts

With a mitre cut the workpiece is cut at an
angle of 0° to 45° against the rear guide edge.
Starting position:
- Sawhead fully lifted
(if necessary, pull out locking pin);
- Saw blade is in vertical position to the saw table.
1. Loosen adjusting lever for turntable (counter-
clockwise);
2. push catch down;
3. Set turntable to required angle.
The scale on the saw table indicates the set
angle.
4. Release catch and tighten adjusting lever.
Bevel cuts

With a bevel cut the workpiece is cut at an
angle between 0° and 45° to the vertical axis.
Starting position:
- Sawhead fully lifted
(if necessary, pull out locking pin);
- Turntable locked in 0° -position;
1. Loosen sawhead tilt lock lever on rear of saw.
2. Tilt sawhead to required angle.
3. Tighten lock lever.
The actual cutting operation is the same as
described under "Standard cross cuts".
