250 g banan
100 ml sitronsaft
170 g sukker
2 eggehviter
Fremgangsmåte
Bland de myke, modne bananene med
sitronsaften og sukkeret.
Stivpisk eggehvitene og brett dem inn.
Hell deretter blandingen i bollen mens
rørevingen går rundt. Fortsett å blande
i cirka 40 minutter eller til ønsket
konsistens er oppnådd.

Ingredienser
2 eggeplommer
200 ml lettmelk
200 ml kremfløte
70 g sukker
10 g vaniljesukker
40 g mørk sjokolade
Fremgangsmåte
Pisk eggeplommene med sukkeret og
vaniljesukkeret.
Tilsett melken under omrøring.
Pisk kremfløten til den skummer (ikke
for fast), og bland den med de andre
ingrediensene.
Hakk sjokoladen i 2-4 mm biter. Disse
skal ikke has i blandingen fra starten av.
Hell deretter blandingen i bollen mens
rørevingen går rundt. Fortsett å blande
i cirka 40 minutter eller til ønsket
konsistens er oppnådd.
Hell sjokoladen i iskremmaskinen når den
har gått i cirka 15-20 minutter.
