8.5. Añadir más ingredientes
Según el programa seleccionado, tras la segunda fase de amasado se escucha un pi-
tido que indica que se pueden añadir más ingredientes (pasas, nueces, etc.).
Al hacerlo, abra la tapa brevemente para evitar que la masa se hunda. No pulse la
tecla , ya que eso provocaría la interrupción del programa en curso.
8.6. Indicaciones sobre el proceso de horneado
Si durante la fase de retardo o la fase de fermentación se produce un corte de
corriente (máx. 5minutos), los ajustes de horneado se mantienen inalterados.
Sin embargo, el proceso de horneado se cancela por completo si el corte de co-
rriente se produce después de la primera fase de amasado.
Es completamente normal que la ventana se empañe al comenzar el proceso de
horneado. Transcurrido un tiempo, el agua condensada se evaporará a través de
las rejillas de ventilación.
Durante la fase de amasado, el aparato puede vibrar y hacer ruido. Esto no indica
que el aparato esté defectuoso.
8.7. Pitidos
Durante el proceso de horneado se escuchan los siguientes pitidos:
– en los programas 1, 2, 3, 7 y 8 tras la segunda fase de amasado para indicar
que se pueden añadir más ingredientes (pasas, nueces, etc.);
– al finalizar una fase de horneado;
– durante la fase de fermentación y al finalizar un programa (varios pitidos).
8.8. Fin del programa
Al finalizar el programa de horneado se escuchan varios pitidos y en la pantalla pue-
de verse 0:00. El aparato cambia automáticamente al modo de mantener caliente.
Según el programa seleccionado, puede dejar el pan en el aparato hasta 60minu-
tos; se mantendrá caliente mediante aire en recirculación.
Transcurridos como máximo los 60minutos tras finalizar el programa, el pan deberá
sacarse del aparato.
Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla durante 1segundo, hasta que se escuche
el pitido, para cancelar el modo de mantener caliente.
