8.11. Horneado
Este programa se puede utilizar para calentar productos de panadería o para termi-
nar de cocer masas precocinadas. Este programa hornea a 135°C durante 5 - 90mi-
nutos.
Coloque el recipiente de masa sin el gancho de amasar en la panificadora.
Introduzca el producto de panadería o la masa y cierre la panificadora.
De ser necesario, coloque el producto de tal modo que quede expuesto al calor
de manera homogénea.
Con la tecla
se reduce el tiempo de horneado en pasos de 5minutos, mien-
tras que con la tecla se aumenta en pasos de 5minutos.
La panificadora comienza con un preajuste de 60minutos.
Pulse la tecla para iniciar el proceso de horneado.
Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de horneado se escuchan varios pitidos.
Finalice el programa de horneado pulsando y manteniendo pulsada la tecla o
deje el pan en la panificadora en el modo de mantener caliente.
8.12. Receta propia de pan
Este programa le brinda la posibilidad de configurar su propio programa de hornea-
do y de adaptarlo a los requisitos de su propia receta de pan.
Los ajustes seleccionados se guardan en el aparato hasta que realice nuevos ajustes
o hasta que desenchufe el aparato de la corriente.
Seleccione el programa 11 pulsando varias veces la tecla Menú .
Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla durante 2segundos para acceder a los
ajustes del programa.
Seleccione el paso de programa que desea configurar pulsando varias veces la
tecla Menú .
Ajuste el valor deseado con las teclas y .
Consulte los ajustes que pueden realizarse en la tabla de abajo.
Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla durante 2segundos hasta que se escuche
un pitido; el programa de horneado queda así memorizado.
Pulse la tecla para iniciar el programa de horneado.
