Anaerobe zone
De training in deze zone zorgt voor een verbetering van het vermo-
gen meikzuur in de stofwisseling om te zetten. Daardoor kunt uhar-
der trainen zonder overmatig veel lactaat te produceren. Het is een
'veeleisende"training waarbij ude typische pijn van een veelei-
sende training zult voelen, bv. uitputting, zwaar ademhalen en ver-
moeidheid. Het effect is vooral van belang voor mensen die een in-
tensieve training willen. Als ualleen maar fit wilt zijn hoeft unooit
in deze zone te trainen.
Waarschuwingszone
Dit is de zone met de allerhoogste intensiteit zodat grote voorzich-
tigheid hier op zijn plaatsis. Train alleen in deze zorie als ubijzonder
fit bent en ervaring hebt met en praktische kennis van extensieve
zeer zware training. Dit niveau leidt gemakkelijk tot letsel door over-
belasting. Dit is een zeer zware training, alleen geschikt voor
topsporters. De training verbetert de werking van de stofwisseling -
echter niet het uithoudingsvermogen. Deze zone komt overeen met
uw maximale hartfrequentie MHE.
