SINT-JAKOBSSCHELPEN MET

INGREDIËNTEN
12 Sint-Jakobsschelpen uit
Erquy
20 g wakame zeewier
60 g taugé
40 enonki’s
(paddenstoelen)
1 theelepel sesamolie
1 theelepel limoensap
½ theelepel sesamzaad
zeezout (fleur de sel), vers
gemalen peper
1. Vraag uw visboer om de schelpen
voor u te openen. Leg de 4 grootste
schelpen apart.
2. Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C.
3. Vul de schelpen met fijngehakte
zeewier, taugé en enoki’s met drie
schelpen bovenop en besprenkel met
sesamolie.
Bak 6 tot 8 minuten onderin de oven.
AFWERKING
Nadat u de schelpen uit de oven hebt gehaald, sprenkelt u wat citroensap op de
schelpen en bestrooit u het geheel met wat zeezout en vers gemalen peper en
sesamzaad. Direct opdienen.
