INGREDIËNTEN
1 portie zandtaartdeeg
125 g gerookte bacon
100 g geraspte kaas
1 eetlepels arachideolie
1 ei
1 eidooier
125 g volle melk
125 g (magere) slagroom
Nootmuskaat
Zout, vers gemalen peper
1. Bekleed de taartvorm met het deeg.
Steek er met een vork enkele gaten in
en zet in de koelkast.
2. Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C.
Indien nodig, verwijdert u de zwoerd
en het kraakbeen uit de plak gerookte
bacon. Snijd de bacon in kleine
stukjes.
3. Bak in 2 tot 3 minuten in olie totdat
de bacon bruin kleurt. Laat de bacon
op keukenpapier uitlekken.
4. Meng de eieren en het eigeel met de
melk, slagroom, verse nootmuskaat,
zout en peper.
5. Verdeel de bacon en geraspte kaas
gelijkmatig over het deeg. Giet het
eiercrèmemengsel erop en bak onderin
de oven op 25 tot 30 minuten.
AFWERKING
Stort de quiche en schuif hem op een serveerschaal. Serveer heet of warm.
