Pikantes Zitronengras Hähnchen
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
750 g Hähnchenschenkel
250 g Hähnchenflügel
4 EL Pflanzenöl
5 EL Fischsauce
3 EL Zucker
1 TL Pfeffer
2 Zwiebeln
3 Zitronengras
1 Chili
Zubereitungszeit:
40 Minuten
Zubereitung:
1. Hähnchenfleisch in grobe Stücke hacken und in
einer großen Schüssel mit Zucker, Fischsauce,
gehackten Zwiebeln und Pfeffer vermengen.
2. Im Cooker im Programm SAUTE eine Prise Zucker
mit Öl erhitzen, bis der Zucker zu Karamell wird.
Dann das Hähnchen dazugeben, danach das
feingehackte Zitronengras und die Chili.
3. Alles für 30 Min. im SLOW COOK Programm
garen lassen.

Zutaten für 6 Portionen
1 kg Schweinefleisch von der Schulter
350 ml Dunkles Bier
150 ml Apfel Essig
2 Zwiebeln
1 Apfel
50 g brauner Zucker
3 Knoblauchzehen
1 EL Paprika rosenscharf
1 TL Salz
1 Prise Pfeffer
Zubereitungszeit:
8 ½ Stunden
Zubereitung:
1. Zuerst die Marinade im Mixer vorbereiten. Dunkles
Bier, Apfelessig, Zwiebeln, Apfel, Knoblauchzehen,
Zucker, Paprika, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufühen und
alles gut pürieren.
2. Fleischstücke in den Topf geben und mit der
Marinade vermengen.
3. Jetzt Programm Slow Cook (8 h / 80 °C)
auswählen bis sich das Fleisch ganz leicht
auseinandernehmen lässt.
4. Mit einer Gabel die Fleischfetzen herausdrücken
und dann nochmal alles in den Topf geben,
um die Sauce von allen Seiten ans Fleisch zu
bekommen.
5. Nun nur noch das Pulled Pork in die jeweiligen
Brötchen füllen und genießen.
