Precaliente el horno a 450°F. Engrase el molde para hornear.
Vierta la harina, el polvo para hornear y la sal en un tazón mediano, Usando una
mezcladora de repostería o 2 cuchillos, corte la mantequilla y la manteca hasta
que la mezcla tenga el aspecto de migajas gruesas. Vierta sufi ciente leche para
que la masa quede suave.
Voltee la mezcla colocándola sobre una superfi cie con una capa delgada de
harina. Amase la mezcla ligeramente. Ruede cada trozo hasta dejarlo con un
espesor de

2 pulg. Corte los trozos de biscuit con un cortador de 2 pulgadas.
Colóquelos en el molde para hornear engrasado.
Hornéelos de 8 a 10 minutos o hasta que se doren.
