Disuelva la levadura en agua caliente en un tazón para mezclar calentado.
Agregue sal, aceite de oliva, y 2

2 tazas de harina. Instale el tazón y el gancho
de masa en la mezcladora. Pase a la Velocidad 2 y mezcle durante
aproximadamente 1 minuto.
Continuando en la Velocidad 2, agregue la harina restante,

y mezcle hasta que la masa se adhiera al gancho y limpie los lados del tazón,
aproximadamente 2 minutos. Amase en la Velocidad 2 aproximadamente
2 minutos más.
Coloque la masa en el tazón engrasado, volteando para engrasar la parte superior.
Tápela. Deje que se levante en un lugar cálido sin corrientes de aire durante
aproximadamente 1 hora, o hasta que se duplique su volumen. Presione la masa
con el puño hacia abajo.
Cepille una sartén de 14 pulgadas para pizza con aceite. Rocíe con harina de
maíz. Presione la masa a través de la parte inferior del molde, formando un collar
alrededor del borde para los productos en la superficie. Agregue productos en la
superficie según lo desee. Hornee a 450°F de 15 a 20 minutos.
