Combine los ingredientes secos en el tazón para mezclar. Agregue manteca, leche,
y vainilla. Instale el tazón y la batidora plana en la mezcladora. Pase a la
Velocidad 2 y mezcle durante aproximadamente 1 minuto. Pare y raspe el tazón.
Agregue los huevos. Continuando en la Velocidad 2, mezcle durante
aproximadamente 30 segundos. Pare y raspe el tazón. Pase a la Velocidad
6 y mezcle durante aproximadamente 1 minuto.
Vierta la mezcla en dos moldes para hornear redondos de 8 o 9 pulgadas
engrasadas y con harina. Hornee a 350°F por 30 a 35 minutos, o hasta que un
palillo de dientes insertado en el centro salga limpio al retirarlo. Deje que se enfríe
durante 10 minutos. Retire los pasteles de los moldes. Deje que se enfríen
completamente en una rejilla. Decórelos/báñelos con glaseado si así lo desea.
