Funkcija RECOVERY
Merjenje regeneracijskega srčnega utripa
• Na koncu treninga pritisnite tipko »RECOVERY«.
Prikaz:
REC
Vrednost srčnega utripa se shrani (P1)
Aktualni srčni utrip se prikazuje še naprej.
Elektronika meri vaš srčni utrip še 60 sekund.
Vrednost srčnega utripa se shrani po preteku 60 sekund
(P2).
Prikazuje se razlika med utripom P1 in P2.
Iz teh vrednosti se izračuna ocena kondicije (v primeru F
4,8).
Prikaz se ugasne po 20 sekundah.
Funkcija »RECOVERY« prekine funkcijo meritve regenera-
cijskega srčnega utripa ali prikaz ocene kondicije.
Če naprava na začetku ali na koncu odštevanja časa ne
zazna vašega srčnega utripa, se pojavi sporočilo o na-
paki »Err«.
Prikaz vrednosti zadnjega treninga s pov-
prečnimi in maksimalnimi vrednostmi
• Pritisnite napis »Osebe«: Izbira osebe
Prikaz:
»Oseba 1 utripa, skupni čas treninga in skupni pre-
voženi kilometri«
• S pritiskom na »Plus« ali »Minus« zamenjate osebo
• Ponovno pritisnite napis »Osebe«:
Prikaz:
Povprečne vrednosti srčnega utripa, % utripa, RPM,
km/h in stopnja zaviranja zadnjega treninga se prika-
zujejo s simbolom [Ø].
• Pritisnite »DISP/SET«
Prikaz:
Povprečne vrednosti utripa, % utripa, RPM, km/h in
stopnja zaviranja zadnjega treninga se prikazujejo s
simbolom [MAX].
• Pritisnite »DISP/SET«
Prikaz:
Pripravljenost na trening z želenimi vrednostmi ali
brez.
Vrednosti zadnjega treninga se nanašajo samo na zadnjo
enoto treninga. Vrednosti se shranijo s pritiskom na
»RESET« ali z aktiviranjem načina prijavljenosti s prikazom
časa, prejšnje vrednosti se pri tem izbrišejo.
