D 8. Adduktor Flexion stehend
Ausgangsposition: Fußschlaufe am unteren
Seilzug einhaken. Seitlich zum Gerät stehen.
Fußschlaufe am gerätnahen Bein anbringen.
Bewegungsausführung: Das Bein mit Fuß-
schlaufe gegen den Widerstand vom Gerät
wegführen.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Adduktor
GB 8. Adductor Flexion, standing
Starting position: Hook the foot loop onto the lower rope pulley.
Stand with the apparatus at your side. Attach the loop to the leg
nearest to the apparatus.
Movement: Move the leg with the loop away from the apparatus
against its resistance.
Muscles used: Adductor
F 8. Adducteur, en position debout
Position de départ: accrochez le bracelet à la cheville au câble
de traction inférieur. Mettez-vous debout à côté de l’appareil.
Posez le bracelet à la cheville sur la jambe proche de l’appareil.
Exécution du mouvement: éloignez la jambe portant le bracelet
de cheville contre la résistance de l’appareil.

Uitgangspositie: voetlus aan de onderste kabel haken. Zijwaarts
voor het apparaat gaan staan. Voetlus aan het binnenste been
bevestigen.
Beweging: het been met de voetlus tegen de weerstand in van
het apparaat weg bewegen.
Gebruikte spieren: adductoren
E 8. Flexión del abductor, de pie
Posición inicial: colgar el estribo para el pie de la tracción por
cable inferior. Situarse de pie hacia el aparato. Llevar el estribo
del pie a la pierna más cercana al aparato.
Movimiento: alejar del aparato la pierna con el estribo del pie
contra la resistencia.
Músculos trabajados: abductores
I 8. Flessione adduttore in piedi
Posizione di partenza: agganciare la cinghia alla fune inferiore.
Posizionarsi lateralmente all’attrezzo. Applicare la cinghia alla
gamba vicina all’attrezzo.
Esecuzione del movimento: allontanare dall’attrezzo la gamba
con la cinghia oltre la resistenza.
Muscolatura sollecitata: adduttore
PL 8. Przywodzenie w pozycji stojącej
Pozycja wyjściowa: założyć pętlę na stopę na hak dolnego
wyciągu. Stanąć bokiem do urządzenia. Założyć pętlę na we-
wnętrzną nogę (bliższą względem urządzenia).
Wykonywanie ruchów: nogę z pętlą odprowadzamy w stronę
przeciwną do urządzenia.
Obciążone mięśnie: mięsień przywodzący
P 8. Adução e flexão, em pé
Posição inicial: enganche o laço para o no cabo de tracção
inferior. Coloque-se em pé, de lado para o aparelho. Coloque o
laço para o pé na perna que estiver mais perto do aparelho.
Execução do movimento: faça força com a perna que tem o laço
para o pé, puxando-a para longe do aparelho.
Músculos trabalhados: Abdutores
DK 8. Adduktion, stående
Udgangsstilling: Hægt fodstroppen fast i nederste kabeltræk. Stil
dig med siden til maskinen. Sæt fodstroppen om det ben, som er
placeret ind mod maskinen.
Øvelse: Før benet med fodstroppen væk fra maskinen modsat
modstanden.

CZ 8. Posilování adduktoru ve stoje
Výchozí poloha: Nožní pouto zahákněte za spodní lanový tah.
Postavte se bokem k věži. Nožní pouto umístěte na nohu, blíže k
přístroji.
