Der IPN Fitness-Test benötigt die dargestellten Personendaten. Aus diesen Angaben wird ein Lei-

stungsprofll und ein Zielpuls errechnet. Fehlen Angaben werden Sie aufgefordert diese anzugeben.

“Neuer Test” drücken zeigt das Leistungsprofil, das Sie absolvieren müssen.

Test sofort beenden, wenn Sie Blässe, Atemnot oder muskuläre Erschöpfung verspüren!

Das Ziel des IPN Fitness-Test ist es, Ihnen eine Trainingsempfehlung für ein weiteres Training zu

geben. Dazu müssen Sie in maximal 15 Minuten den errechneten Zielpuls (hier 122) erreichen.

Ihr Pulsanstieg bis zum Erreichen des Zielpulses wird bewertet. Daraus wird eine Trainingsemp-

fehlung “IPN Coaching” für 24 Trainingseinheiten gegeben.

Achtung

Erreichen Sie den Zielpuls nicht, erhalten Sie eine Meldung. Sie müssen dann Ihre Angabe unter

Trainingsaktivität erhöhen und den Test erneut durchführen.

Haben Sie den IPN Fitness-Test absolviert, erhalten Sie Ihr Testergebnis mit einem Pfeil auf einer

Skala angezeigt. Aus den Trainingsmodulen (FST), (GLT) und (TT) mit den dazugehörigen Pulszo-

nen werden 24 Trainingseinheiten zusammengestellt.
