Mounting the blowers (Drawing F)
Connection of the blowers must be done now, and the blowers must be test run before the
stove insert (9) is pushed into place. The blowers are delivered loose, and they are connected
with wires. Place the wire (6) between the blowers into the rear of the outer casing. Let the
blowers (8) hang down outside the casing. The connection with the white wire (4) can be
done from both sides or directly in through the front to the connecting terminal (5). Please
note that the white wire is not heatproof. For this reason, it must not be positioned in the
outer casing. First, connect the wires making sure the colours match. If you want the wires
to be prolonged, the poles must match so the blowers can function.
Remove smoke shelf (7) and baffle plate (8) from the stove insert. Place a Ø 5 mm seal into
the bottom of the outlet bushing. Then push the stove insert (9) into place in the outer casing.
HWAM Classic 10/50 has two dowels in the bottom of the outer casing fitting the holes in the
bottom of the insert. Be careful that the wire between the blowers doesn’t get jammed under
the insert.
When HWAM Classic 10/50 is put into place, the blowers must be pushed into the holes
between the stove and the outer casing. Push the blowers into the holes between the stove
and the outer casing. The blower can be eased in on the hinged side of the door provided
that it is not opened more than 45°. The blower should be positioned with the stickers facing
the rear. The seal (7) around the blowers prevents them from direct contact with the metal
and at the same time they fix the blowers to the holes.
A3.Then pull the tube (2) down into the smoke outlet bushing of the stove insert and lock it by
bending the four locking flaps out in the sides of the inner side of the insert. Remount baffle
plate (8) and smoke shelf (7).
The insert is put into place when the 4 long screws (1) just behind the door fit under the
corresponding 4 threaded holes in the upper edge of the outer casing. Fix the upper edge of
the outer casing by screwing the 4 screws into the threaded holes. In HWAM Classic 10/60
the screws are at the same time fixing an exhaust rib (2) over the door. The exhaust rib is
fixed to its place between two bushings (3).

with the brickwork
B3 Sectional view of the front with narrow angle iron frame, (6) which seals the joint between
the liner and the brickwork.
B3. If the space between the outer casing and the brickwork is less than 10 mm it can be covered
with a narrow angle frame. If the space is less than 70 mm it can be covered with a wide front
panel lying outside the brickwork.
Seal between fire tube and chimney on top of the batts using heatproof mortar (5). This can
be done through the soot door (1) of the chimney, and should only be done when the stove
insert is assembled.between fire tube and chimney on top of the batts using heatproof mortar

Front panels are to be clipped on when the stove insert is on its place. The stove insert is
now ready for use.
