7.4.1 bohrwerkzeug freIgeben
Schritt 1 Schritt 2 Schritt 3
Schritt 1: An die linke Maschinenseite stellen.
Schritt 2: Mit der rechten Hand den Vorschubhebel ergreifen und Bohrspindel zur äußersten oberen Position
verfahren.
Schritt 3: Mit der linken Hand den Auslösehebel nach unten drücken.
Schritt 4
Schritt 4: Mit der linken Hand das Bohrwerkzeug dauerhaft umfassen und den Vorschubhebel entgegen den UZS
drehen, bis das Bohrwerkzeug sich löst.
7.4.2 aufnahmekegel und bohrfutter zusammensetzen
Bohrwerkzeug entnehmen bzw. Spindelgetriebe bis zur äußersten Position anheben.
Hauptschalter ausschalten.
Schutzhandschuhe anziehen.
Unter das Bohrwerkzeug und das Bohrfutter ein dickes Holzbrett legen.
Den Vorschubhebel in UZS drehen und die Bohrspindel ca. 150 bis 200 mm absenken. Siehe Abb. a.
Spindelwelle drehen, bis beide Öffnungen eine Flucht bilden. Anschließend den Bohrer hineindrücken, der
dann geklemmt wird (siehe Abb. b).
Bohrer mit Spannseite nach oben positionieren (siehe Abb. d)
Bohrer mit der Spannseite in die Aufnahme führen (Abb. b).
Vorschubhebel in UZS drehen. Bohrspindel absenken, bis der Bohrer und das Unterende des Bohrfutters
Kontakt zum Holzbrett besitzen. Dabei etwas Kraft aufwenden, bis der Bohrer sicher festsitzt und nicht mehr
herausfällt.
Der Abstand zwischen dem Holzbrett, dem Bohrer und dem Bohrfutterende beträgt ca. 30 mm.

To dismantle as follows
Step 1. Stand at the left side
of the machine.
Step 2 Grasp the feeding lever
using right hand and
release the spindle to its
utmost position.
Step 3. Press down the bit
releasing lever using left
hand.
Step 4. Keep grasping the drilling bit using left hand and rotate the feeding
lever counter clockwise until the bit comes out.
Assemble the drill bit head and the drill bit clamp as the following:
a. Move away the drilling bit or lift the gearbox to the utmost point.
b. Power off.
c. Put on gloves.
d. Insert a thick wood plate into the underneath of the drill bit and the drill bit clamp.
e.
Rotate the feed trip lever clockwise and have the spindle descend about
150 to 200 mm. As fig. a.
f.
Rotate the revolving shaft from the bushing till that thing behind the machine is visible from the
hole of releasing drill bit, as fig. b.
g. Place the drill bit clamp end up, as fig. d.
h.
Place the drill bit and its clamp end into the revolving shaft and have the drill shaft end inserted
into the hole for releasing the drill bit, as fig. b.
i.
Rotate the feed trip lever counter clockwise. Make the spindle descend till the drill bit and the
bottom end of the drill bit clamp head contact the wood plate. Apply a little bit force and complete
it by confirming that the drill bit won’t fall.
Precaution
The distance between the thick wood plate, drill bit and the end of the drill bit clamp is about 30
mm.
