Velouté à la carotte et à l'orange
Parts : env. 4
Temps de préparation : env. 20 minutes
Ingrédients
500 g de carottes
2 cuillères à soupe d'huile
½ cuillère à café de sucre
1 cuillère à café de curry en poudre
500 ml de bouillon de légumes
100 ml de jus d'orange
100 ml lait de coco
50 g de graines de courge
Sel, poivre, poivre de Cayenne, gingembre en poudre (à volonté)
Préparation
1. Éplucher les carottes, les couper en morceaux et les verser dans le bol mixeur.
2. Mettre en place le godet mesureur dans le couvercle.
3. Appuyer pendant env. 2 secondes trois ou quatre fois de suite sur la touche PULSE
(impulsion) pour émincer les carottes.
4. Répartir l'émincé de carottes au fond avec une cuillère.
5. Ajouter dans le bol mixeur l'huile, le sucre et le curry en poudre.
6. Faire cuire à la vitesse de rotation 1 pendant env. 5 minutes à 100 °C. Ne pas utiliser
le godet mesureur !
7. Verser le bouillon de légumes dans le bol mixeur.
8. Faire cuire à 100 °C pendant 8 à 10 minutes. Mettre en place le godet mesureur dans
le couvercle !
9. Réduire ensuite en purée à la vitesse de rotation 2 pendant 1 à 2 minutes.
10. Ajouter dans le bol mixeur le jus d'orange, le lait de coco, le sel, le poivre de Cayenne
et le gingembre en poudre.
11. Mélanger à la vitesse de rotation 1 pendant env. 10 secondes.
12. Griller les graines de courge dans une poêle sans graisse et les ajouter à la soupe.
