Gazpacho
Parts : env. 2
Temps de préparation : env. 10 minutes
Ingrédients
½ concombre
½ poivron
½ oignon
1 gousse d'ail
2 tranches de pain de mie
½ boîte de tomates pelées (250 g)
50 ml d'huile
200 ml de fond de volaille
50 ml de vinaigre de vin
Sel, poivre, poivre de Cayenne (à volonté)
Préparation
1. Éplucher le concombre, le partager dans le sens de la longueur et l'épépiner, le
couper en morceaux grossiers et les mettre dans le bol mixeur.
2. Laver le poivron, l'épépiner, le couper en gros morceaux et les verser dans le bol
mixeur.
3. Éplucher l'oignon et la gousse d'ail, les couper en morceaux grossiers et les mettre
dans le bol mixeur.
4. Couper le pain de mie en morceaux grossiers et les ajouter dans le bol mixeur.
5. Appuyer pendant env. 2 secondes trois ou quatre fois de suite sur la touche PULSE
(impulsion) pour émincer les ingrédients.
6. Ajouter l'huile et les tomates (avec le jus) dans le bol mixeur et mélanger à la vitesse
de rotation 1 pendant env. 30 secondes.
7. Mixer ensuite à la vitesse de rotation 2 pendant 15 secondes.
8. Ajouter le fond de volaille, le vinaigre et les épices dans le bol mixeur et mélanger à
la vitesse de rotation 1 pendant 40 secondes.
Conseil :
réserver un petit
morceau de chaque
légume pour la déco-
ration ultérieure de
la soupe.
