Water is dripping onto the
floor
There is a leak Switch off the shower toilet.
Cut off the water supply and pull
out the mains plug. If the power
outlet and the water supply valve
are located inside the casing,
contact customer service
Red LED on control panel is
lit
Active carbon filter is spent and /
or nozzle cleaner tank is empty
(see remote control display,

Replace the active carbon filter
(art. no. 250.022.00.1) and / or
top up the nozzle cleaner tank
with nozzle cleaner (art. no.
250.028.00.1)

Replacing the remote control batteries
The remote control requires 3 batteries (type 1.5 V LR3 / AAA).
Stand next to the shower toilet so that the remote control is detected.
1 Slide the cover of the remote control up until the stop position is reached.
2 Press down the catch, remove the cover and replace the batteries, ensuring the
correct polarity.
