13) Rückenziehen sitzend, Alternative 3 13) Rowing seated, version 3

Start: Stellen Sie die Bio Force Bank in eine flache Position.

Setzen Sie sich aufrecht hin und greifen die Handgriffe. Die Arme

sind leicht angwinkelt.

Bewegung: Ziehen Sie die Ellbogen nach hinten. Halten Sie die

Position kurz und führen die Arme wieder in die Ausgangsposition

zurück.

Start: Position the Bio Force Bench in a flat position. seat on the

bench with an striaght torso. Grip the handles. Arms are bended

a little bit.

Motion: Pull your ellbows backwards Pause at the end of motion

and return to starting position.

14) Rückenziehen knieend, Alternative 4 14) Rowing, kneeing version 4

Start: Knieen Sie auf die flache Bio Force Bank. Greifen Sie die

Griffe. Die Arme sind leicht angwinkelt.

Bewegung: Führen Sie die fast gestreckten Arme nach hinten.

Halten Sie die Position kurz und führen die Arme wieder in die

Ausgangsposition zurück.

Start: Knee on the flat Bio Force Bench. Grip the handles. Arms

are bended a little bit.

Motion: Pull your arms backwards. Pause at the end of motion,

and return to starting position.
