stands in a stable position, tighten all the nuts

and bolts (Fig. G-7).

Assemble bracket/push stick

• Attach the 2 brackets onto the casing of the

sawing bench and screw them tight (Fig. G-8).

• Place the push stick in the brackets.

Assembly and attachment of the rip fence

• Attach the aluminium fence (A) to the

positioning block (B).

• Now you can attach the complete rip fence to

the bench top.

• Slide the rip fence via one end of the

positioning rail (C) over the bench top.

• Adjust the position of the aluminium fence

profile (A) such that the end corresponds to

the rear edge of the saw.

Assembly of the riving knife and the

protective cap

• Turn the saw blade completely upwards.

• Remove the bench inlay.

• Assemble the riving knife on the set-up for

this purpose and use hereby the Allen screws

and the filling rings. Ensure that the riving

knife falls properly into the opening (=

groove).

• Now put the inlay back in the bench and

fasten it.

• Now assembly the protective cap onto the

riving knife and use hereby the profiled nut

and self-locking nut.

Now lay a lath against the saw blade

and the riving knife and check whether

it falls properly into the extension of the

saw blade. If this is not the case:

Loosen the fastening bolts and place or

remove the filling rings.

• Above the saw table the radial distance

between the riving knife and the toothed rim

of the saw blade shall not at any point exceed

5 mm at the depth of cut set.

• The tip of the riving knife shall not be lower

than 5 mm from the tooth peak, as shown.

Assembly of the saw blade

First remove the plug from the mains

before the saw blade is assembled or

replaced.

• Remove the inlay from the bench. Use a

screwdriver for this purpose.

• Turn the saw axle completely upwards.

Remove the nut and the outside flange from

the saw axle.

• Now slide the saw blade over the saw axle

and now put the outside flange and the nut

back. Tighten the nut by hand.

• Now use the 2 keys: one for the flange and

one for the nut and now clamp it.

• Now put the inlay back in the bench and

fasten it.

Mounting the push stick holders

Mount both push stick holders on the side of the

machine using the bolts and rings supplied.

Use of the mitring set-up

By turning the handle at the side of the machine

you can adjust the saw blade to a maximum of

45° (4).

4. OPERATION

Working instructions

There are two types of sawing methods:

• Lengthwise sawing

Sawing the workpiece in the length of the

wood grain.

• Cross-cutting or cutting off

Sawing off the workpiece crosswise.

If it concerns a panel, we do not usually

distinguish between the wood grain, but we name

the method where we saw off a part of the width

of the panel (lengthwise sawing) and when we

cut off the length (cross-cutting or cutting-off).

For both sawing methods one of the

fences must be used. Therefor never

saw without a fence!

Attention! Before you start sawing, first check

the following:

Is the saw blade secured?

2. Are all the locking handles secured?

Is the fence parallel to the saw blade?

for små eller for store savblade.

13.Kontrollér regelmæssigt savbladet for

eventuelle fejl. Udskift savbladet om

nødvendigt.

14.Affedt nye savblade og rens flangerne, inden

det nye savblad monteres. Montér dernæst

savbladet i den rigtige retning og fastspænd

flangerne godt ved hjælp af bolten i midten.

15.Brug kun originale flanger. Alle andre flanger

er ikke tilpassede.

16.Arbejd aldrig, når beskyttelseskappen ikke er

placeret over savbladet.

17.Også beskyttelseskappens bevægelige del

skal altid være monteret.

18.Smør aldrig savbladet, mens det roterer.

19.Hold altid hænderne borte fra savbladets

område.

20.Saml aldrig et arbejdsemne op ved at gribe

med hænderne langs med eller bag ved

savbladet.

21.Sørg for, at arbejdsemnet aldrig berører

savbladet, før maskinen er startet.

22.Arbejdsemner af metal eller sten må ikke

bearbejdes med denne maskine.

23.Brug støtter til at understøtte lange

arbejdsemner.

24.Brug aldrig maskinen i farlige omgivelser, dvs.

i umiddelbar nærhed af letantændelige gasser

eller væsker.

25.Efterlad aldrig maskinen uden opsyn uden

først at frakoble maskinen fra strømmen.

26.Når du hører usædvanlige lyde, prøv da at

lokalisere dem eller få maskinen set efter hos

en autoriseret installatør eller et autoriseret

reparationsværksted.

27.Når en af maskinens dele er brudt eller

beskadiget, skal den pågældende del

udskiftes eller repareres med det samme.

28.Stå aldrig i umiddelbar nærhed af savbladets

område, men stå til venstre eller til højre for

savbordet.

29.Hænderne skal ligeledes placeres ved siden

af savbladets område.

30.Brug altid et stykke træ og ikke hænderne til

at skubbe træ gennem saven.

31.Anbring træet altid på savbordets forside og

skub det så videre bagud.

32.Til geringssavning skal kun det indstillelige

anslag bruges og længdeanslaget skal

fjernes.

33.Brug aldrig længdeanslaget som længdemål

ved afkortning af bjælker

34.Når savbladet blokeres: sluk først for

maskinen, inden du prøver at afhjælpe fejlen.

35.Undgå, at arbejdsemner kastes tilbage mod

dig ved:

• Kun at save med skarpe savblade;

• Aldrig at slippe arbejdsemnet, før det er

skubbet helt gennem saven;

• Altid at indstille anslaget parallelt med

savbladet;

• Aldrig at fjerne savbeskyttelsen.

36.Sørg for en god og sikker arbejdsstilling og at

hænderne er placeret i den ønskede stilling,

før du fortsætter med at save.

37.Brug aldrig fortyndingsmidler til at rengøre

maskinen med. Brug i stedet en fugtig klude.

38.Brug ikke savblade, der er beskadigede eller

deformerede.

39.Udskift bordindsatsen, når den er slidt.

40.Brug kun de savblade, der anbefales af af

fabrikanten.

41.Vælg savblad efter det materiale, der skal

saves i.

42.Rundsave skal være tilkoblet et støvfang.

43.Benyt og juster spaltekniven.

44.Benyt og juster øverste savbladsfører.

45.Vær forsigtig ved skæring af riller.

For brug fjernes emballasjen som sørger af trygg

transport:

• Fjern bunnplaten ved å løsne de fire skruene.

• Fjern transportemballasjen under motoren.

• Håndtak for innstilling av sagbladets høyde og

gjæringsvinkel befinner seg i

transportemballasjen i maskinen.

• Monter bunnplaten.

Maskinen skal slukkes øjeblikkeligt, når:

• Stikket eller netledningen er defekt, eller hvis

ledningen er beskadiget.

• Afbryderen er defekt.

• Rundsaven er overophedet.

• Der er røg eller det lugter af svedet

isolationsmateriale.

Elektrisk sikkerhed

Ved anvendelse af elektriske mas kiner skal man

altid følge de lokalt gœldende

sikkerhedsforskrifter i forbindelse med brandfare,

fare for elektrisk stød og legemensbeskadigelse.
