• Align the holes (12) in the support with the mounting holes (2).

• Place the fasteners (13).

• Tighten the fasteners.

Assembling the support

Install the machine on a level and solid surface. Always use the following procedure, in the

order given, when assembling the machine.

• Mount the table legs (14).

• Mount the long support rails (15).

• Mount the short support rails (16).

• Tighten all fasteners.

• Put the support straight up.

Mounting the table legs

The table legs must be installed in accordance with the numbers in the corners of the table

surface.

• Hold the first leg (14) in place at the corner of the table top (17) and attach using the

fasteners (18).

• Do not completely tighten the fasteners.

• Mount the other legs according to the same instructions.

Mounting the long support rails

• Hold the first rail (15) in place against the table leg (14) and fit using the fasteners (19).

• Do not completely tighten the fasteners.

• Mount the other rail according to the same instructions.

Mounting the short support rails

• Hold the first rail (15) in place against the table leg (14) and fit using the fasteners (20).

• Do not completely tighten the fasteners.

• Mount the other rail according to the same instructions.

Mounting the table extension

• Loosen the screws (21).

• Hold the table extension (22) in place against the table top (17) and fit the screws.

• Tighten the screws.

Saw band protection

The saw band protection can be removed temporarily to adjust and/or replace the saw band.

Raise the saw band housing (5).

• Løsn skruerne (23) og fjern dækslet (6).

• Løsn skruerne (24), og fjern savklingebeskyttelsen (4).

• Sæt savklingebeskyttelsen på plads straks, når savklingen er blevet justeret og/eller

udskiftet.

• Anvend aldrig saven uden savklingebeskyttelsen.

• Sørg for, at savklingebeskyttelsen afskærmer så meget som muligt af savklingen.

Indstilling af savklingen

Savklingen er korrekt indstillet når bagsiden af savklingen løber mod savklingehjulenes løftede

kant og klingen ikke viser tegn på slingren.

• Løft savklingehylsteret (5) op.

• Løsn skruerne (23) og fjern dækslet (6).

• Vend savklingen (3) om ved at dreje det øverste savklingehjul (25) i saveretningen, og hold

øje med savklingespændingen.

Er justering nødvendig, så gør som følger:

• Løsn højdeindstilleren (7) og skyd savklingen over hjulet, så bagsiden af savklingen løber

mod den hævede kant på hjulet.

• Hold igen øje med savklingens drift, og rejustér om nødvendigt.

• Stram højdeindstilleren.

Udskiftning af savklingen

• Løft savklingehylsteret (5) op.

• Løsn skruerne (23) og fjern dækslet (6).

• Løsn skruerne (24), og fjern savklingebeskyttelsen (4).

• Løsn skruerne (26) og fjern føringerne (27).

• Fjern den gamle klinge.

• Anbring den nye klinge (3) rundt om savklingehjulene som vist.

Anbring først klingen omkring det øverste hjul, og anbring den derefter omkring det

nederste hjul, mens klingen holdes på plads.

Indstil klingen

• Spænd savklingen.

• Sæt føringerne på plads igen.

• Sæt savklingebeskyttelsen på plads igen.

• Sæt dækslet på igen og stram skruerne.

Sluk altid for maskinen, inden du udskifter en savklinge.

Brug udelukkende skarpe og uskadte savklinger.

Bøjede savklinger skal udskiftes øjeblikkeligt.

Monter altid savklingen med tænderne rettet nedad.

Sørg for, at savklingen har den rette spænding, for at undgå, at den går i stykker.
